If we were to compare our calendars, they would look very different. We have birthdays at different times and take vacations at different times. I have appointments on my calendar that you don’t have on yours. You have appointments on your calendar that I don’t have on mine. Yet there is one appointment we all have in common. It won’t come at the same time for everyone. None of us can put this appointment on our calendar, because none of us know when it will be. But it’s coming. It can’t be avoided. You can’t escape it.

“And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.” Hebrews 9:27. Friend, are you ready to die? Are you ready to stand before the judgement seat of Christ?
