Would you be surprised if I told that’s not going to happen? Jeremiah prophesied that none of Jeconiah’s descendants would ever sit on a throne and reign in Jerusalem. Jeremiah 22:30. Jesus Christ is one of Jeconiah’s descendants. Matthew 1:11.

Friends, Christ’s kingdom exists now. Christ’s kingdom is His church. Matthew 16:18-19. If you’ve obeyed the gospel through your belief, repentance, confession and baptism for the forgiveness of your sin, you have already been translated from the power of darkness into Christ’s kingdom, His church. Colossians 1:13. Christ is reigning as king now!
